The development company commissioned us to redesign a four-bedroom property in Belsize Park with the goal of enhancing its market appeal and maximizing resale value. The Design Solution
To meet these objectives, we undertook a full renovation with a focus on light, space, and market-ready design. A lower ground floor extension was a central feature, dramatically increasing usable area and introducing more natural light.
