ST. JOHN’S WOOD GROUND FLOOR EXTENSION
This St John’s Wood project involved a rear extension, renovation and complete interior redesign of the ground floor. The owners wanted a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage, a large island and a dining area that would work for everyday family meals as well as entertaining guests. The new layout connects the kitchen and dining area with the lounge, creating a more open and practical ground floor.
The dining area sits within the new extension, with large windows bringing in natural light and opening the space towards the garden. The kitchen has a clean, contemporary design, with bespoke joinery providing generous storage without making the space feel heavy. The adjoining lounge is softer and more intimate, creating a contrast with the open kitchen and dining area.
