OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
The process begins with an initial consultation and home visit, where we take the time to understand both the property and how you live, what matters to you and how you would like your home to feel. We discuss your priorities, lifestyle, practical requirements, timelines, investment expectations and overall vision for the space, allowing us to build a clear understanding of the project and your needs.
At this stage, we develop the initial design concept and spatial planning, carefully considering how each space will feel and function within the home. We present the ideas through initial layouts, moodboards, colour direction and concept visuals to help visualise the overall feel and direction of the home.
Once concept is approved, we refine the design through carefully considered materials, finishes, colour palette, lighting, furniture and bespoke joinery tailored specifically to your home. Realistic visuals, material boards and design presentation help shape a clear vision for the space.
Once the design direction is approved, detailed technical drawings and specifications are prepared for contractors and specialist suppliers. This includes layouts, joinery drawings, electrical plans and construction details required for accurate implementation on site.
At this stage, we coordinate quotations, sourcing, ordering and scheduling across all aspects of the project. Working closely with trusted suppliers, makers and contractors, we oversee procurement and manage timelines to ensure the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Throughout the renovation and construction phase, we remain closely involved on site, coordinating with contractors and specialists to ensure the design is implemented correctly. Regular site visits and communication allow us to oversee progress, resolve details and maintain consistency across every stage.
The final stage brings the project together through furniture installation, styling and the finishing details that complete the home. We carefully curate each layer of the interior to ensure the space feels balanced, refined and ready to be lived in.
