This project involved the complete renovation and redesign of a four-bedroom house in Belsize Park for a residential developer. The objective was to increase the property's market appeal and maximise resale value by creating a home that felt spacious, light-filled and thoughtfully designed, combining timeless interiors with contemporary finishes.
A key challenge was improving the sense of space and natural light throughout the property while introducing features that would appeal to a broad range of future buyers. A lower ground floor extension formed a central part of the redesign, increasing the usable living area and creating a stronger connection between the interior and the garden.
The renovation included the introduction of an internal glass window between the hallway and kitchen to improve openness and light flow, alongside a new glazed door providing direct access to the rear garden. The kitchen was designed with light cabinetry and contrasting dark Dekton worktops, while the bathrooms were reconfigured to include a luxurious en-suite and two guest bathrooms finished with marble-effect porcelain tiles.
